REQUIREMENTS

A teacher must have……..

• A great love and patience for children.
• Qualifications to teach the students effectively include knowledge of best practices and educational methods as well as the ability to engage them and earn their trust and attention.
• The goal to contribute to the healthy mental and emotional development of the child.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and educational methods.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to act as mediator between children.
• Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable.
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen.

• Qualifications for the post of a Teacher :
• Pre-Primary :
• H.S.C or Graduation
• Montessori Certificate Examination
• Lower Primary:
• H.S.C or Graduation
• P.T.C./D. El. Ed.
• Upper Primary & Secondary :
• For Languages : B.A./M.A. B. Ed.
• For Maths & Science : B. Sc./M. Sc. B. Ed.
• Higher Secondary :
• For Commerce stream : M. Com. B. Ed.
• For Science stream : M. Sc. B. Ed.
• OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Teaching experience
• Excellent subject knowledge
• For English Medium : Good command over English language
• Basic Computer knowledge, Internet surfing, Uploading video, Blog post etc.
• Good research skill
• For Clerical/Administration Department :
• B.Com./M. Com.
• Good IT skills : familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, TALLY, Web services, HTML technologies
• Knowledge of Banking/ Net Banking
• Experience of clerical tasks.
